Request deletion of your Babbly.ai account.

Use this page if you want to delete your Babbly.ai account and the app data associated with it, or if you no longer have access to the mobile app.

Send a deletion request

Submitting this form opens your email app with a prepared request. Send the email from, or clearly mention, the address linked to your Babbly.ai account so we can verify ownership.

If your email app does not open, email us directly at babbly.ai.2026@gmail.com

What happens next

  1. We verify that the request is connected to the account owner.
  2. After verification, the account and associated app data are scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
  3. Backup copies and limited operational records may be retained for up to 90 days, or longer only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or operational reasons.

Data included in deletion

  • Account profile information, such as email address, nickname, language, and profile image.
  • Diary entries, uploaded images, AI conversations, emotion insights, and keywords associated with the account.
  • Notification device tokens and other account-linked app data used to provide Babbly.ai features.

Data we may retain

We may keep the deletion request email, limited security logs, legally required records, and aggregated or anonymized data that is no longer associated with your account.

In-app path

You can also start account deletion from the Babbly.ai app by going to Settings and choosing Delete account when you are signed in.
