1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Babbly.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Babbly.ai.

2. The Service

Babbly.ai lets you write diary entries, attach photos, receive AI-generated reflections, talk with Lumi personas, and view personal insights based on your entries. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the digital consent age required in your country to use Babbly.ai. If you are a minor, you may use the service only with parent or legal guardian consent where required by law.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining access to the third-party account you use to sign in and for activity under your Babbly.ai account. Notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of diary entries, photos, messages, and other content you create in Babbly.ai. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and analyze your content only as needed to provide the service, including AI conversations and insights.

You are responsible for the content you create and must have the rights needed to upload or submit it.

6. AI Features

Babbly.ai uses automated AI systems. AI responses and insights may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. They are provided for self-reflection only and are not professional advice.

If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Babbly.ai. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Breaking the law or infringing another person’s rights.
• Trying to access accounts, systems, or data without permission.
• Uploading malware, spam, or content that interferes with the service.
• Reverse engineering or bypassing security controls except where allowed by law.
• Using the service to harm, harass, exploit, or endanger others.

8. Paid Features

Babbly.ai may introduce optional paid features, subscriptions, or digital items in the future. If paid features are offered in the Android app, purchase terms, renewal terms, cancellation, and refund handling will be shown through Google Play Billing or another permitted billing method where applicable.

9. Account Deletion and Termination

You may request account deletion from inside the app or through our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or if we are required to do so by law.

10. Disclaimers

Babbly.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Babbly.ai and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, or another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
